We're running a survey to learn more about your experience with Gamban and how we can improve the app.
We want to know what you find useful, what could be better and what you'd like to see in the future.
The survey takes around 5 to 10 minutes to complete and is available to eligible users through the Gamban app.
Why are we asking for feedback?
We want to understand how people use Gamban so we can make improvements that are useful to you.
Your answers will help us understand what works well, what needs improving and which new features people would find helpful.
Who can take part?
The survey is available to users with an active Gamban account in the following countries:
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Canada
For now, the survey is only available in English, which is why it's limited to these countries.
We plan to run more surveys in different languages in the future so more Gamban users can share their feedback.
How to take part
If you're eligible, you can find the survey in the Gamban app.
- Open the Gamban app and sign in.
- Go to the Noticeboard.
- Find the Gamban App Survey.
- Open the survey and share your feedback.
The survey includes multiple-choice questions and text boxes where you can tell us more about your experience.
