Gamban are very happy to be partnered with The Council on Compulsive Gambling of Pennsylvania to make our online gambling blocking software, Gamban, available for free to those in Pennsylvania accessing their services, providing individuals with a one year license.
The Council on Compulsive Gambling of Pennsylvania is a non-profit organization and its purpose is to educate and share information on problem gambling and provide resources for help. In addition, the CCGP manages the 24/7 free and confidential problem gambling helpline in Pennsylvania, aimed at assisting people whose lives are impacted by gambling related problems. Whether it be the individual themselves, or friends and family members, they strive to connect callers with additional resources located near them. The helpline provides assistance in the way of crisis management, referrals to treatment providers and counseling agencies in PA, and more. Calls are free and entirely confidential and for callers with primary languages other than English, a language line translation service is available, offering assistance in over 200 languages. Chat and text options are also available.
