Why We Chose Brazilian Portuguese
Brazil is home to millions of individuals affected by gambling addiction, and we recognised the growing need for tools that can support recovery in their native language. Recent studies show that nearly 20 million Brazilians engage in some form of gambling, with about 2% of the population estimated to be at risk of developing a gambling addiction.
Right now, Brazil doesn’t have the same kind of self-exclusion options or tools that other countries offer, where users can easily opt-out of gambling websites or apps. That’s where Gamban comes in. With our app now available in Brazilian Portuguese, people in Brazil can now access gambling blocking software in their native language.
Why We Chose Dutch
